Refund/Cancellation Policy

We strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and as with everything we do at SOFTECH, you get a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Refunds will be made as per the policies mentioned below.

Cancellation AND Refund

Live Instructor-Led Courses, Workshop, BootCamp and Self-faced Training

This policy applies to all SOFTECH all Training Courses.

Cancellations Prior to Course

In case you’re unable to attend the course and want a refund prior to the course commencement date, we will refund the full amount to you.

Withdrawals During Workshop

If you don't see the tremendous value you expected in our product, and you wish to withdraw within the first two hours of the workshop, we will proceed with a 100% refund - no questions asked. However, once you have attended more than four hours of the workshop, you will not be eligible for any refund.

Transfers to Other Batches

• You are free to request your assigned Workshop Manager for a change of batch at any point of time before the commencement of the workshop, at no extra charge. We will be happy to reschedule your batch to a later date that works for you.
• Once you’ve begun the course, if for some reason you’re unable to continue or complete it, we will be happy to accommodate you in a different batch of the same course, at no additional cost.
• If you wish to opt to defer the program to a later batch a second time or more, 10% of the course fee will be applicable for each round of deferral.
